Despite the obvious training benefits, I am often rather disappointed with soft skills training for professionals. However, Nick was the best trainer I’ve come across in a long time. Well done for finding him.

Not sure of the cost but I know a lot of the out of town guys would benefit from that session.

Nick handled a random diverse audience at a large conference like a conductor of a world class orchestra. There was never any doubt that he was in charge of the proceedings but he brought the entire audience with him every step of the way. Nick's enthusiasm was infectious and he shared real stories and experiences which delegates could connect with and it's those connections that he uses that make his message and the learning stick. He delivers strong ideas in the most humble way. I was spellbound by Nick who clearly studies human behaviour like a craft and at every opportunity... quite simply he gets it.

Nick Davies was very engaging, easy to listen to, provided memorable examples etc. Would welcome more training from him. Nick was excellent - a breath of fresh air and he made a lot of sense. We could do with more of that practical guidance, but moreover we need to know that we are encouraged and "enabled" to be involved in networking so that senior associates will get more involved - essentially there needs to be more open communication and encouragement to get involved and positive responses when requests are made.

I had the dubious pleasure of giving a seminar today to a group of professionals I had never met. I used the coffee and lunch times as networking opportunities, regardless of how much I hate that. From the first conversation I put to use the skills you taught us. Net result: three warm contacts, all knowing I'm going to be getting back in touch to arrange a meeting. Of course, I now actually have to do the follow up, but still... Many thanks for some great and effective training.
